At VELAURIS, every jewellery piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the delicate and personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
1.No Return or Exchange Policy
· All sales made on VELAURIS are final.
· We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
· Please review all product descriptions, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy
In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
A. Proof Requirement
· You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed parcel until the item is fully unpacked.
· The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, unsealing process, and the damaged/incorrect item.
· Photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted as proof.
B. Reporting Timeline
· You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Velaurisjewel@gmail.com with:
o Your order number
o The complete unboxing video
o Description of the issue
C. Exchange Approval
· After reviewing your claim and verifying the proof, we will process an exchange for the same product only, if available.
· If the same product is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
· Claims without valid proof or submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
· Custom-made or personalized jewellery
· Items bought during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
· Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
4. Cancellation Policy
· Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
· Once processing begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
· Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days].
